Are the sneakers authentic?
Yes, without exception. Every pair is authenticated by our team before being put up for sale: box, stitching, materials, labels, serial numbers. Never worn, never replicas.
How long are delivery times?
Delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein within 10 business days (CHF 7.90, free from 150.— of items). Delivery in Europe (EU) within 15 business days for a flat fee of CHF 45.—. Customs duties and import VAT remain the recipient’s responsibility. Free in-store pickup in Biel/Bienne (Rue Hans-Hugi 5) once your order is ready — you’ll be notified by email or phone.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days after receipt, unused (not worn) and in its original packaging with all labels. Refunds or exchanges — your choice. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Secure online payment via Stripe: TWINT, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Some resale pieces are confirmed by email; payment can be done in-store or via a secure payment link. In-store payment is always possible in Biel/Bienne.
How do I choose my size?
Displayed sizes are EU sizes. If you’re between two sizes, contact us on Instagram or by email — we know the fit of each model.
