General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the-lab-concept.com with Âme Sans Cible, entreprise individuelle of Kevin Costa (CHE-307.475.601), Rue Hans-Hugi 5, 2502 Bienne, Switzerland (“THE LAB”). By placing an order, you accept these conditions.

2. Products and authenticity

THE LAB sells new and authentic sneakers, clothing and accessories, verified by our team before shipping. Photos are contractual subject to screen display variations.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF), Swiss VAT included where applicable, excluding delivery charges. THE LAB reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable is the one shown at the time of the order. In case of a clear pricing error, THE LAB contacts you before confirmation.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed after the online payment is validated. Some items from our resale selection are ordered by email: the order is then final only after written confirmation by THE LAB and payment (in-store or via a secure payment link). THE LAB may refuse an order in case of unavailability or a clear error.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods: TWINT, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via the secure Stripe checkout) and payment in-store. No card data is stored by THE LAB.

6. Delivery and pickup

  • Free in-store pickup: Rue Hans-Hugi 5, 2502 Bienne.
  • Delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein: within 10 business days, CHF 7.90 (free from CHF 150.— of items). Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery in Europe (EU): flat fee CHF 45.—, within 15 business days. As Switzerland is outside the EU, customs duties and import VAT are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Risk passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal/returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item that has not been worn, in its original packaging with labels. Refund or exchange after inspection. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for defective items or an error on our side.

8. Warranty

Defects existing upon delivery are covered in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (art. 197 et seq. CO). Report any defect as soon as possible to info@the-lab-concept.com.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of THE LAB until full payment.

10. Applicable law and forum

Swiss law exclusively applies. Legal forum: Bienne, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory jurisdictions provided by law.
